  • What are the costs for a membership?

    Membership starts from €8 per week. However, we offer even more and different models here.

  • How long is the notice period?

    All memberships are subject to a 3-month notice period to the end of the respective basic term. Details and information can also be found in the documents you received at the beginning of your membership. You can also gain an insight into your customer account via the member portal. If you still have a question, please send us an email with your request.

  • Drinks flat rate cancellation

    You can cancel the drinks flat rate free of charge in the first 4 weeks. Please send us an email for this purpose. We will then note your request and send you a confirmation of the cancellation.

  • I'm pregnant

    Congratulations! We are happy to offer you a free break for the coming period and until 6 weeks after the birth. This way you can enjoy this special time and then start your training again later. Our trainers will be happy to work out an appropriate training plan with you for your individual needs after childbirth. Simply make a personal appointment at the studio. 

    Please contact our team briefly by email to organize the next steps. In any case we need a copy/scan of your maternity passport showing your full name and the date of delivery. All other information are - of course - personal and do not need to be visible to us.  

  • I have received a letter from the debt collection agency

    If the mutually reached agreement is not adhered to, we unfortunately have to establish a breach of contract after a reasonable period of time. In this case, we hand over the matter to a claims management company. After a file has been handed over, we no longer have access or further access to details. In this case, please always contact the sender of the letter received.

  • Who is GFA 24/7?

    GFA 24/7 handles the administration of memberships on behalf of TopFit Fitness- und Freizeitanlagen GmbH. All data protection requirements are adhered to. If you have any questions or personal concerns, please write a short email. This will then be processed promptly.

  • I would like to pause my membership.

    In principle, general and individual breaks are possible. During this time, no contributions are due, but there is also no check-in entitlement. Since an end of contract is not regulated for our memberships, breaks are possible, even several times and at different times. This break time will then be made up after the reactivation of the membership. Please write us a short email regarding your wish. We will then check this and get in touch with you. 

  • How long does my contract run?

    We offer memberships with different terms. You will find all the information you need in your documents. You can also view your membership account via our member portal. If you have any further questions, we will of course be happy to help. Please send us a short email. We will answer you promptly.

  • I have a physical disability.

    If you have any questions as to whether you can train at our studio without hesitation, please speak to your doctor first. We will then be happy to arrange an individual consultation at our studio. One of our trainers will then discuss your options with you. 

  • I got married and changed my name

    Congratulations! You can change your personal data yourself in the member portal. Alternatively, you can send us an e-mail. We will then make the change for you. 

  • When will I receive my membership wristband?

    After your registration, your customer account will be created in the system. As soon as all the necessary information (bank details etc.) is available, the membership wristband can be programmed and activated. Please report to the studio reception.

    With the wristband, you can enter the studio at any time during opening hours and purchase additional services. 

  • When will my membership fee be debited?

    The account is debited every 14 days - on Mondays. If the booking date falls on a public holiday, the next working day will be debited. Unfortunately, an individual debit date is not possible.
